The fresh start for this week is a Fresh Fruit Smoothie made of mangos, bananas and pears. In addition this smoothie includes some oats, rice protein and milk, all these are there to enhance the nutritional value of the smoothie. 🙂 This vitamin bomb is easy to make and drink.

Fresh Fruit Smoothie

2 portions

– 1/2 mango

– 1/2 banana

– 1 pear

– 1.25dl (4.5oz) milk

– 3 ice cubes

– 1 spoons oats

– 1 spoons (rice) protein powder

Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix then and enjoy your healthy smoothie! <3
