It’s 6 weeks from New Years Eve. Are you still on track what comes to exercising? Maybe you made a promise to drink less and exercise more? Maybe you’ve been exercising year round but December wasn’t the best month and you decided to do even better this year?
I love sports and do them almost everyday year round. It haven’t always been like that though. You have to find a motivation and something you really like to do. I love dancing, lifting big weights and cycling. However sometimes it’s nice to try new things; like outdoor kettle bell exercise. The picture behind that super motivating reminder / quote is from my last summer morning workout. Ah, I miss the sunny days and outdoor exercising. Today I’ll have fun in the gym and maybe go to play badminton with my friends!
