The fresh start for this week is a striped smoothie. It’s healthy and delicious and full of different colored berries, fruits and greens. Nice change for regular smoothies and fun to drink.

Striped Smoothie
2 portions

Green:
1/4 of last weeks smoothie (HERE)

Yellow:
1/2 mango:
1/2 banana
1 spoon thick yoghurt
1/2dl (1/4 cup) milk
1 ice cube

Red:
1.5dl (3/4cup) frozen raspberries
1.5dl (3/4 cup) frozen strawberries
2,5dl (1 1/4cup) milk

Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix then (each color separately!). Make layers of your smoothies, green below, yellow in the middle and red on top. Enjoy your healthy smoothie! ❤
