The fresh start for this week is a striped smoothie. It’s healthy and delicious and full of different colored berries, fruits and greens. Nice change for regular smoothies and fun to drink.

Striped Smoothie
2 portions

Green:
1/4 of last weeks smoothie (HERE)

Yellow:
1/2 mango:
1/2 banana
1 spoon thick yoghurt
1/2dl (1/4 cup) milk
1 ice cube

Red:
1.5dl (3/4cup) frozen raspberries
1.5dl (3/4 cup) frozen strawberries
2,5dl (1 1/4cup) milk

Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix then (each color separately!). Make layers of your smoothies, green below, yellow in the middle and red on top. Enjoy your healthy smoothie! <3

  1. This looks so nice! I’m definitely going to have to try this out when it gets warmer in England. It looks like the perfect summer drink, for sure. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
