This hotel is basically in a walking distance from everything in Tallinn. However, if you’re traveling with a car there is a lot of parking space near the hotel so that will work too.

The hotel has 24/7 reception, breakfast, another restaurant, gym, spa and a sky bar. The gym is included in your stay and breakfast might be depending on what and from where you’ve booked. We didn’t try the spa but we went to check it out. They offer different treatments with a very beautiful setting in one of the highest floors.

 

The Sky Bar is there for everyone, not only the guests. The minus is that you must pay to get. However, there are stunning views and good drinks so this bar is definitely worth visiting!

Overall the hotel was nice and clean. The reception staff during our visit wasn’t the best possible though. Okay, after traveling a month we probably didn’t look the richest guests that will bring millions to the hotel but that should not affect the service in my opinion.

 

We got a room upgrade, breakfast and a late check out all for 30€  which was quite a reasonable price in my opinion. The only issue was that our keycards inactivated still during the regular check out time. The issue was fixed quite easily with a visit to the reception but I think this kind of mistakes should not happen in 4-5 star hotels and if they do we should have gotten at least an apology.

 

The service errors carried on during the breakfast. The breakfast was a buffet otherwise but there was also a possibility to order an omelette made for you by your order. My fiancee ordered one but never got it even though we were eating and chatting like 30 minutes after that order. It was a busy time in the breakfast restaurant but you’re not allowed to forget the orders, and if you’re late from the schedule or out of ingredients, let the guests know that.

The room we had was a big business room in one of the highest floors. This was my favorite part of this hotel (in addition to the sky bar). Our room included a king-sized bed, bed sheet made of luxurious materials, a long table and chairs, TV, own bathroom, etc. So all the basics you want to have if staying in a four-star hotel.

 

In the room, everything was clean, luxurious and comfy. I could have just stayed in the hotel sleeping forever haha!

 

 

Other notes

 

The views from this hotel and it’s sky bar are amazing! Make sure you go explore those if staying here. Also, if you stay somewhere else you can still access the Sky Bar and enjoy a drink or two there!

Radisson Blu Sky Hotel has a wonderful setting with amazing views, delicious food and comfy rooms. If they’d put some more effort on service this place would definitely be one of my favorite hotels.

 

However, if you’re not waiting for over the top service go check this one out! Also, if you’re not staying at this hotel, you can still go explore the Sky Bar and its amazing views and mouthwatering drinks!
