Excellent location if you’re flying with a connection flight overnight. There is actually an indoor walking tube from the airport to the hotel which is cool especially if it’s raining or cold out.

The hotel is located around 200 meters (700 feet) from the airport. From the airport there is also possible to take a train and commute to downtown Amsterdam. So, in case you want to go explore the location isn’t too bad either. Also, there are car rentals and taxis available at the airport as well.

24/7 fitness center complementary for the quests. What a nice fitness center this hotel has! Not only it was well-equipped but also I loved the details like complimentary apples and a thread mill that offers you super cool hiking program – you’ll see video of an actual natural park and the views, the route and angle of your thread mill are all synchronized.

 

Breakfast available (wasn’t included to our stay). Unfortunately we left before breakfast began so I cannot tell if it is good or not. Restaurants and bars available as well in the hotel + you can find more from the airport since this hotel has indoor connection to it.

There was also some nice little things by the aisles – like shoe cleaning machine, coffee machines and ice machine. The elevator was also an experience since it had amazing views to one of the restaurants of the hotel. In addition to beautiful views and good services this hotel offers super nice, polite and friendly staff. Excellent customer experience overall.

Huge, comfy bed was definitely the best part of the room after a long day. We also enjoyed the size of the room and cleanliness of the hotel.

 

Bathroom was big, nicely decorated and clean. It was nice to have a tub as well – I wish we would have had more time to spend in this hotel to enjoy it.

 

Own fridge available in case you want to shop some snacks for yourself. This was a nice addition!

This hotel belongs to Starwood Hotels. So, you can get points as a Starwood preferred guest (spg). They have partnered with couple other programs like Marriot Rewards, which means you can transfer points between some hotel membership and frequent flyer programs nowadays.

 

Another thing worth mentioning is that they have alarm clocks that are nerd’s (or some addicted blogger’s) dream. The alarm clock included 2 electricity plugs, 2 USBs and 1 USB-C. So, you can charge all the laptops, phones, cameras, smart watches, etc. at once and still keep them all in the same place. How convenient!

Beautiful luxurious hotel with amazing service experience. Big rooms equipped with comfortable bed, hairdresser, fridge and nice views. The location is excellent if you’re flying, the airport also has train station and car rental so you can also go explore the city while staying in Sheraton.
