Summer and salads are a perfect match. Salads are healthy, fast to make and they help you gain and maintain that bikini body of your dreams.

This salad includes some fresh and healthy greens, some vitamin-rich pears and some broiler, there is also some olive oil and nuts to offer you healthy unsaturated fats that keep your skin and hair healthier.

I wanted to create a recipe for a fresh summer salad and this is what I ended up with. I fell totally in love with the recipe and thus I want to share it with you too! Doing this will only require around 15 minutes and you’ll get 4 serves, yes! 🙂

Ingredients Dressing

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  1. Wash the lettuce mix and drain them try. Place those to a bowl or plates.

  1. Mix the dressing ingredients. You can either mix the dressing with lettuces or you can serve it separately.

  1. Slice the pears and cucumbers.

  1. Roast nuts in a hot frying pan (do not add any oil or anything, just heat up the pan and put the nuts in for couple minutes). Then add honey and a hint of salt and mix.
