May Wrap Up & Goals for June

May Wrap Up

This May has kept me busy with planning some big changes to my life and blog. I’ve also done some med school exams (yeah, I know I said no more med but I kind of want to at least finish the courses I was already doing, let’s see what I’ll do next academic year) and worked as usual.

Additionally, I’ve been able to keep posting every second day. I have plenty of content planned for future. It’s super important to plan long ahead so that you can keep up posting constantly – or that you can do whatever you want and the blog keeps rolling with some scheduled content. That’s how I survive through the busiest times.

I haven’t been as active in commenting and other medias as I wished. However, I feel that I’ve connected with some new bloggers, which is great. We have made Ig pods with some and with some others, we just support each other in general. If you’re blogging remember to network with others. This is so much more fun with some support! 🙂

One of my goals forever has been mastering all the Adobe softwares. This May I have finally learned to use Adobe Premiere for video editing. You’ll soon see some more videos made with it on my YouTube Channel and here on my blog. Yeah! The Metallic Lip Looks I published lately was the first one edited with Premiere. 🙂

    1. I couldn’t agree more, Selma! Good planning has saved me so many times with this blog. If you don’t have any content planned and you’re busy it can sometimes be impossible to keep on track with posting. I learned that lesson last year. This year my ambition is to keep consistent no matter what. 🙂

    1. Haha, I guess you’re not the only one! 🙂 Everyone has fallen in love with this buddy. It looks a bit like Dumbo with its big ears, on the other hand, it’s like a little cute teddy dog. This poodle is also super playful and it wants to go greet everyone and play with. Too cute! 🙂

  1. Wow, you own a great plans next month and tempted me to make some plans as well. I admire you for still giving time for your blog even you’re busy in your med school. It must have been hard, but you still able to manage it. I like how you have included about spending time to know more about the technical stuff, which I think for now, I’m not into it yet. You will surely have a productive month ahead. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

    1. I’m happy you enjoyed the post! 🙂 My year sure has been very busy but also very productive and rewarding. I love writing and taking photos so blogging is a great thing for me. Furthermore, I find playing with Adobe Softwares fun. When you start understanding their logic it’s cool how much you can do with them. I hope you have a great June full of goals achieved! 🙂

    1. Well, I’ve always been good at planning short time goals like goals for a day or month but I (again) have no idea where I’ll be next year haha! But well, at least I’m improving all the time. 🙂

  2. Wow, you did really well last month! That’s a lot of posts considering you were also studying! I was only able to write 2 blog posts last month. But I was happy that I still met my blogging goal. 2 is my minimum goal. Also, I was happy that one of the reasons I didn’t get to blog much was because we went on vacation last month. I hope to blog more about our vacation this June. 🙂

    1. Vacations are the best! I’m looking forward to ours that’s gonna be here in couple weeks. It’s good to have a realistic goal with blogging. It’s better to do two amazing posts and twenty bad ones. Have a great and blogging full summer, Teresa! 😄
