Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Meatless Chocolate Cake Recipe

Are you looking for something quite healthy and chocolicious you can bake for people who cannot eat wheat, dairy or meat? This recipe is great for B-Day parties, graduations, etc.

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Meatless Chocolate Cake

for 6-10 people 



2 bananas
4 eggs
10 fresh dates
1dl (1/2 cup) raw cocoa powder
1tl baking powder
1/2 real vanilla


1dl whippable oat vanilla sauce
2rkl raw cocoa powder



– Peel the bananas to a blender bowl
– Cut dates in halves and remove the stones, put the halves to the blender bowl
– Add eggs, cocoa powder, baking powder and vanilla to the bowl
– Mix all together with a blender
– Pour the mix into an oiled 20cm (8”) baking pan and cook in 200°C (390F) for about 20 minutes
– Let it cool a bit in room temperature, then leave into a fridge over night


– Whip the vanilla sauce, mix it with the cocoa powder
– Decorate with vanilla sauce and some halves of fresh dates
– Enjoy! 🙂
