OOTD: Casual Spring Lunch Look

Posted by

Summer is around the corner but when there appear to be some chillier days it’s good to have some slightly casual warmer to go looks like this one.

I wore this look for a three-course lunch in Juuri we had in April. Turtleneck shirts are nice, soft and warm when there might be a bit chilly and windy. However, the colors are light and fresh, which is nice because it’s spring and I love wearing some pastels at the moment.

To add some contrast to my look I chose to wear ankle boots shoes from Vagabond and my old “fly eye” style glasses from D&G. I bought those glasses as a gift to myself when I graduated from high school but I still love wearing them sometimes.

This look was shot in beautiful downtown Helsinki. I love the architecture of the old buildings and small parks there. 🙂 Maybe I should shoot my outfits in Helsinki more often since I only live 20 minutes from there.

What kind of scenes you prefer for outfit shots? Buildings? Streets? Parks? Home?

    1. Thank you Pauline. Yes, this look was super comfy. 🙂 I have lately fallen in love with streets! I used to prefer parks and more natural environment but city views and streets have been my favorites lately!

  1. I love the top as well as the boots. I would have to say of all the shots I liked the ones with the street in the background. Not sure, but it highlighted the way you look better. You are definitely beautiful.

    1. Ankle boots sure are nice but to be honest I would rather take the always-warm weather! In Finland you can wear ankle boots like 85% of the year haha! Good stylevice but it’s freezing in here far too often.
