It’s something to take with when you go enjoy the sun to the balcony or beach – it’s also a perfect energy booster after exercising in hot weather. I hope you guys enjoy!
Fresh and Delicious Berry Smoothie Bowl
3-4 bowls
– 2dl (1 cup) frozen raspberries
– 2dl (1 cup) frozen strawberries
– 2dl (1 cup) frozen blueberries
– 4dl (2 cups) milk
– 7 ice cubes
This bowl is more fresh and berrylicious than super sweet. If you like your bowls more sweet try adding some cereal or fresh berries onto your bowl – it’s delicious in that way too!
