Healthy beginning for this week is Sea Buckthorn – Mango – Strawberry Smoothie Bowl. It’s a fresh, beautifully colored and super tasty smoothie bowl made of berries and mangos. Sea buckthorns add some healthy oils and strawberries and mangos give this bowl really nice color and texture. I hope you guys enjoy!
Sea Buckthorn – Mango – Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
2-3 bowls
– 2dl (1 cup) frozen sea buckthorns
– 2dl (1 cup) frozen mango
– 2dl (1 cup) frozen strawberries
– 3dl (1.5 cups) skim milk
– 7 ice cubes
This bowl is really fresh, and it’s not too sweet! Maybe you could improve this by adding some fresh berries or fruits on this if you like your smoothies sweet.
