The fresh start for this week is Hidden Greens Smoothie. It’s healthy and delicious smoothie that tastes sweet and berrylicious but actually there is some spinach too. If you have never tried putting greens in your smoothie this is a good one to begin with – you won’t see or taste the greens but you’ll get all the good nutrients! Great, isn’t it?
Hidden Greens Smoothie
4 portions
1 cup mango
1 cup spinach
1 cup rasp
1 cup straw
1 cup blue
1 cup yoghurt
6dl milk
2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix then and enjoy your healthy smoothie! ❤
Have a great, healthy week! ❤
XOXO Nora

Love spinach in smoothies! I can’t really taste spinach even when i pair it with less fragrant fruit, but my husband still refuses to try it. Maybe I’ll try this where the colour doesn’t change!

Oh, YUM, this looks so tasty! Although, I’ll drop the mango when I try this one 😀 I’m not really a fan of mango… Thanks to the Last Mango drink lol.

I love good smoothies. I am going to have to try this out. My daughter doesn’t get enough veggies and this might be a way she would take some.

Yes! Hiding some greens in delicious fruit smoothies is excellent way to make children eat them. This smoothie is naturally slightly sweet so it’s also healthy and nutritious without any added sugar. You can find some more smoothie recipes in the category Welness in here in case you want to try some others too! 🙂
