The fresh start for this week is Berrylicious Summer Smoothie. It’s an excellent start for a healthy May. There is still couple weeks left before it’s summertime so you still have time to make yourself to look and feel a bit better in your summer clothes. In addition eating healthy will improve to condition of your entire body including skin, hair, etc. This smoothie is also great to drink when it’s super hot summer day. I hope you enjoy! ❤



Berrylicious Summer Smoothie

2 portions

2dl (1 cup) frozen mangos
1dl (1/2 cup) frozen raspberries
1dl (1/2 cup) frozen strawberries
2dl (1 cup) low fat vanilla yoghurt
2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
5dl (2.5 cups) skim milk


Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix then and enjoy your healthy smoothie! ❤
