Fruit and Berry Smoothie
3 portions
– 3dl (1.5cup) frozen Papaija, mango, pineapple
– 2dl (1cup) frozen blueberries
– 1dl (1/2 cup) frozen raspberries
– 6dl (2.5cups) milk
Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix then and enjoy your healthy smoothie! ❤
