The fresh start for this week is Pina Colada Smoothie. It’s healthy and delicious alcohol-free version of popular summer drink. This one is easy to make and it can either be a kickstart for a day or even better – something to drink at the beach or poolside on a sunny summer day. Enjoy!
Pina Colada Smoothie
1-2portions
– 1 tablespoons protein powder
– 1,5dl (3/4cup) pineapple juice
– 1dl (1/2cup) coconut milk
– 1/2dl (1/4 cup) coconut chips (or flakes)
– 4 slices of frozen pineapple (fresh or canned)
– 1/4dl (1/8cup) milk
– 4 ice cubes
Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix then and enjoy your healthy smoothie! ❤
