The fresh start for this week is a Melon-Pear-Banana Smoothie. It’s fresh and healthy, perfect for a sunny day of Spring or the Summer. Enjoy at the poolside while laying under the sun. Or just enjoy it after workout to get some liquid, energy and vitamins in your body.

Melon-Pear-Banana Smoothie:

2 portions

– 1dl (1/2 cup) watermelon

– 1/2 banana

– 1 pear

– 1.25dl (4.5oz) milk

– 3 ice cubes

Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix then and enjoy your healthy smoothie! ❤
