The fresh start for this week is a Melon-Mango-Banana Smoothie. It’s a healthy smoothie made of fresh fruits, lemon balm, milk and yoghurt. This will be your favorite if you love melons and lemon balm!
Melon-Mango-Banana Smoothie:
2 portions
– 2dl (1cup) watermelon
– 1/3 cantaloupe
– 1/3 mango
– 1/3 banana
– 1/2dl (1/4cup) lemon balm
– 1/2 dl (1/4cup) thick yoghurt
– 1.25dl (4.5oz) milk
– 3 ice cubes
Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix then and enjoy your healthy smoothie! ❤
