The fresh start for this week is a Fresh Protein-Rich Spring Smoothie. It’s healthy and delicious and includes plenty of healthy fresh fruits and some thick (fat free) yoghurt that adds some protein, calcium and nice smooth texture.
Fresh Protein-Rich Spring Smoothie:
2 portions
– 1 inch slice of a pineapple
– 1/3 mango
– 1 pear
– 1 lime
– 1.25dl (4.5oz) milk
– 0.5dl (1/4cup) thick yogurt
– 3 ice cubes
Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix then and enjoy your healthy smoothie! ❤
