The fresh start for this week is a Super Simple and Easy Morning Smoothie. It’s my favorite for morning because it’s super easy to make, I have ingredients always at home and it’s full of vitamins and nutrients. This one is also my boyfriend’s morning favorite. 🙂
Super Simple and Easy Morning Smoothie
1-2 portions
– 1.25dl (4.5oz) milk
– 1.75dl frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
– 1/4 banana
Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix then and enjoy your healthy smoothie! ❤

Yummy! I never thought to add banana, it would add a nice creaminess

Yes it does! It gives nice texture and adds some sweetness if you’re using something less sweet such as cranberries. 🙂
