The fresh start for this week is Pear Mango Smoothie. It’s fruity, sweet and healthy smoothie. You only need mango, pear, some milk and ice  cubes. If you use frozen fruits the ice cubes are not required. Start your healthier life today with this fast and easy smoothie!

 

Pear Mango Smoothie

2portions

– 1/2 mango

– 1 pear

– 1.25dl (4.5oz) milk

– 3 ice cubes

Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix them and enjoy your healthy and delicious smoothie!
