The fresh start for this week is a fresh pear banana smoothie. It’s healthy and delicious and fast and easy to make. It’s a great start for morning or excellent snack for beach or poolside.
Fresh Pear Banana Smoothie
2 portions
– 0.5 banana
– 1 pear
– 1 lime
– 1.25dl (4.5oz) milk
– 3 ice cubes
Put all the ingredients in a mixer, mix until you have smooth and tasty smoothie, enjoy! 🙂
