6th of December is the Independence Day of Finland. We started our morning with a delicious Independence Day brunch in restaurant Kiila. The brunch was 25 euros (about 27 dollars) per person but totally worth it, just perfect as always in Kiila.
Traditionally the president of Finland invites quests at night and everybody is watching the celebration via TV. Additionally Independence Day is a national one day holiday so every has time to watch the celebrations with friends or family.
This year we’ve been really busy with work so we wanted to meet friends some day when everyone has day off. Thus we had house full of friends, food, champagne, wine, board games and joy on the Independence Day. We watched the celebrations together and had a lot of fun.
Thanks everyone for a great night! Now I have some more energy to keep working 50-70 hours a week for couple more weeks. 🙂 Cheers!
Great Party
