Omelettes don’t take 25 min to cook and you don’t bake them. Don’t use peppers they take too long to cook. Use vegetable’s that fry up quick in a fry pan for example Green Onions with a bit of salt and pepper and milk whisked with the eggs. Also one trick too keep your Omelettes fluffy is to use a a small amount of olive oil in your fry pan and cook you eggs with on a lower heat and wait a bit until they firm up a but before you turn them then add some processed cheese slices. If your eggs are cooked at a higher heat the eggs will taste like rubber. Don’t make the simple dishes complicated. Your photography skill are Excellent .

Thanks for your tips Donald! I find it easier to cook my omelette in oven but sounds like I should consider using frying pan to make it more delicious. 🙂
