I love the summer and finally I can say that it has arrived to Finland too. Summer in Finland usually means 60-80 degrees (10-20 Celsius) and it lasts from beginning of the May to late September. Sometimes we have days with temperature of 90 degrees (30 Celsius) but because it’s not tropically humid in here it’s always nice and warm (or little chilly) at the summer time.
Out for a walk in Kuopio, Finland. That day was a little rainy and chilly. Thus the air was super fresh and it was a great day for a walk.
I love how green and clean Helsinki, the capital of Finland is. There are parks and little green areas with beautiful trees and flowers everywhere. These tulips are from one small park located nearby Museokatu (Museum Street) in downtown Helsinki.
And finally a photo I like a lot. 🙂 My colleague gave me new sunglasses for the summer because these look so great on me, don’t they? Pilot glasses do not usually work too well with my face but I love these. Perfect ones for summertime parties. 😉
